Floyd & Sons, Inc. wants everyone to be able to use fsiak.com, including people who use assistive technology. This statement explains the standard we aim for, what we have done, and how to tell us about a problem.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines describe how to make web content easier to use for people with disabilities affecting vision, hearing, movement, speech and cognition. We treat this as an ongoing commitment, not a one-time project.
What we do
- Build pages with standard, semantic HTML, clear headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them.
- Make every page and the contact form usable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for every form field.
- Choose text and background colors with sufficient contrast, and support zoom and reflow on small screens.
- Avoid content that flashes, moves on its own or depends on color alone.
- Check pages with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing when we make changes.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully meet the standard. Reservations are made on hertz.com, dollar.com and thrifty.com, and our social-media profiles are hosted by other companies; we do not control the accessibility of those sites. If you have trouble with one of them, we can still help — see below.
Report a barrier
If something on our site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. Let us know the page, what you were trying to do and the problem you ran into.
- Email info@fsiak.com.
- Use our contact form.
We aim to respond within five business days and will work with you to provide the information or help you need another way while we fix the problem.
